Bootcamp for Expecting Parents:
Calling all expecting first-time parents! Gathered & Wise is thrilled to offer a quality 8 week online class that will help prepare you for what you REALLY need to know as you start this new life chapter!
We have built the class to target all the major themes we see over and over in working with new parents who are struggling postpartum. It is our objective that class participants will feel more confident in their parenting abilities, have increased connection and collaboration with their partner or support person, reduce vulnerability to PMADS such as postpartum depression, and feel more prepared for this major life transition.
This class is taught by G&W therapist, Joanna Crawford. In addition to being a perinatal therapist, Joanna has excellent experience as a former trainer for the state of Oregon and as an adult educator at the college level. Joanna blends warmth and humor with a high level of knowledge and expertise. This is going to be a great course.
As this is a class and not a therapy group, we are unfortunately not able to bill insurance. Cost is $360 billed at $45 per week, or a discount rate of $320 if total is paid upfront. This price is per couple, or per two person support team. All are welcome.
