Responsibilities:

Oversee day to day business operations.

Staff evaluations

Coordinate with billing department to understand reporting and work to maintain established benchmarks.

Work with the Clinic Director to implement and maintain Medical Home, MIPS and other compliance, accreditation and quality standards.

Promote culture of growth

Clinic liaison to other hospital departments

Promote a welcoming and healthy work environment for all staff

Oversee customer service and adherence to standards, representing the clinic appropriately to the community.

Qualification/Education/Requirements:

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a clinic supervisor including revenue cycle and staff management responsibilities.

Primary Care experience preferred.

Full knowledge of Billing Revenue Cycle.

Strong team player with the ability to work independently.

Strong organizational skills.
